Program Description
Teaching conversational English from classes 1 ' 5, Teaching Mathematics,English, Science, Religious studies, Geography, Agriculture, Home Science and Coaching on extra curricula activities such as football, volleyball, netball and badminton.

Volunteers' work for 3 ' 4 Hours a day, teaching different classes as per the daily rooster set on a weekly basis.
Volunteers begin by being assistants to the class teachers then slowly as they get into the system they are allowed to manage a whole class subject, but this depends entirely on the volunteer and how eager he/she is to see good performance of the students.

Volunteers are given an opportunity to come close and candid with the students and can assist them in decision making through counseling and guidance, thus if you have some counseling skills, this would be an added advantage.
